Sapientia Studios is a not
for-profit company consisting of three intertwining sectors; multimedia,
research & development, and education. Our ultimate goal as a company is to
reintroduce philosophy as a practically significant and central aspect of
society through modern means of spreading and developing ideas and information.
That being said, Sapientia Studios tries to incorporate philosophy and critical
thought in almost everything we do. Currently, each sector is tasked with
developing a corresponding core project; “Carpe Diem – The Never Ending Journey”,
“The Sapientia Project”, and “A Thought Proposed” respectively. We are a group
of inspired, motivated individuals working together progressing towards
“Illuminating Philosophy” using “Illuminating Philosophy”. The company itself
consists of a network of like-minded and aspiring volunteers whom contribute
their time and talents to developing ambitious yet purposeful projects.
Sapientia Studios hopes to become a vast network of the bright and talented,
coming together to build up something truly amazing by each placing their own
unique piece into the puzzle, in turn creating an intellectual hub for
learning, innovation, and development of that which others call, “too
ambitious”.

Company Values
Creativity & Innovation
“Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what
you desire, you will what you imagine, and at last, you create what you will.”
– George Bernard Shaw
“The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but
imagination.” – Albert Einstein
Creativity and innovation lie at
the heart of progress and are the driving forces of true discovery. Every
individual has their own unique talents, skills and intellectual understanding
to bring to the table and by fusing these together unlimited ideas can be born
and combined with those of others to form something genuinely groundbreaking.
Passion & Motivation
“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember,
you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the
stars to change the world.” – Harriet Tubman
“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing
on what excites you.” – Oprah Winfrey
Passion and motivation is what
allows us as humans to accomplish the most remarkable of feats and acquire some
the most extraordinary physical skills. By pursuing what motivates us
intrinsically we find ourselves progressing and developing ourselves as well as
the world around us by our chosen means without need for compulsion or
compensation.
Loyalty & Commitment
“Desire is the key to motivation, but it's determination and
commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence
- that will enable you to attain the success you seek.” – Mario Andretti
“Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what
makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.” –
Vince Lambardi
Loyalty and commitment come in
many different forms but one of the most important is to yourself and your own
efforts so that you might never leave something which could be great,
unfinished. Similarly important is that within a team because without this collusion
progress as a group is impossible as we must avoid undermining others and
rather find how we can mutually benefit and support each other and accomplish
things in a manner which promotes quality, strength, and longevity.
Cooperation & Respect
“One of the most sincere forms of respect is actually
listening to what another has to say.” – Bryant H. McGill
“The most powerful force ever known on this planet is human
cooperation - a force for construction and destruction.” – Jonathan Haidt
Cooperation and respect are essential in the
formulation of ideas. Most discussions break down and become unproductive for
the sole reason that humans are victim to bias and arrogance and argue for the
sake of opinion rather than for the synthesis of facts. Only with open minds
and attentive ears can we together discover and unravel real knowledge and make
true progress as we as individuals only know our own subjective side of truth.
